1. License and ownership

When you purchase Echo Flow, you receive a personal, non‑transferable, revocable license to use the app on your own devices, subject to these Terms. We retain all ownership and intellectual property rights in the software, design, and documentation.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Echo Flow to:

• Break the law or infringe the rights of others.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to access source code, except where permitted by law.
• Circumvent licensing, payment, or security mechanisms in the app.

3. Third‑party services

Echo Flow uses local speech recognition, Echo Flow AI after setup, and local cleanup for polish and rewrite. Your dictated and selected text is not sent to external servers for polish.

• Polish and rewrite processing run locally after setup.
• Setup downloads, update checks, purchase redirects, license activation and validation, and optional email signup may contact external services.
• We are not responsible for the availability or output of any third‑party services you use alongside Echo Flow.

4. No warranty (as‑is software)

Echo Flow is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Echo Flow and its developers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the app. Our total aggregate liability for any claim related to Echo Flow is limited to the amount you paid for your license.

6. Refunds and payment

Echo Flow is sold as a one‑time license. Where stated on the purchase page, we may offer a limited money‑back guarantee (for example, 30 days). Any refund policy is described at the point of sale and handled through our payment provider.

7. Changes to the app or terms

We may update Echo Flow periodically (for example, to add features, improve performance, or address security issues). We may also update these Terms. When we do, we’ll update the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of Echo Flow after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
